153.350 Powers of commission. The commission shall have the power to: (1)  Procure office space and supplies necessary to enable it to effectively carry out the planned celebrations. (2)  Hire an executive director and such other assistants as may be required to establish successful celebrations. (3)  Enter into such contractual and promotional agreements as may be necessary to effectively stimulate a statewide program of celebrations. History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 128, sec. 5.
