153.330 Commission to establish executive committee -- Meetings. (1) The commission shall select ten (10) of its members to constitute an executive committee which shall act for the commission in the formulation, direction, and execution of its policies. The executive committee shall be divided into departments of administration, finance, installations, programming and participation, and public relations, with two (2) members of the committee assigned to coordinate each department's activities for the commission's total program. (2) Meetings of the executive committee shall be called by the chairman of the commission, who shall be appointed by the Governor and be selected a member of the executive committee.
