152.765 Deposit of proceeds from contracts. Any proceeds realized from contracts executed, except where revenue bonds are issued, shall be deposited to the "Fund" created herein, up to the fifty-five million dollars ($55,000,000) authorized and any excess shall accrue to the general expenditure fund. Any balance in the fund upon expiration of all contracts shall revert to the general expenditure fund. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Amended 1978 Ky.
