152.760 Revenue bonds. The Board of Energy Research may, if any energy developmental or demonstration project undertaken by the Kentucky Department of Energy pursuant to KRS 152.750 is deemed economically feasible by the board, request the State Property and Buildings Commission to issue revenue bonds as authorized by KRS Chapters 56 or 58 to meet monetary commitments under any contract executed by the Kentucky Department of Energy, with the approval of the board, for the construction or acquisition of such project, provided that the board has determined and documented the fiscal impact of the proposed project, including but not limited to the extent to which the proposed project will create, directly or indirectly, additional demands for public services, such as police and fire protection, streets and roads, water purification and distribution, sewage treatment and collection, solid waste collection and disposal, health care, education and recreation, which are provided by any local governments, boards, districts, or the Commonwealth.
