152.725 Reports of findings and legislative recommendations. On or before December 1, 2006, and every three (3) months thereafter, the Kentucky Office of Energy Policy shall report to the Governor and the Special Subcommittee on Energy its findings and any further legislative recommendations needed to implement the strategy defined in KRS 152.710 to 152.725.
