134.180 Sheriff or deputy to visit justices' districts to receive tax payments. The sheriff or one (1) of his deputies shall, at least, once every ninety (90) days between March 1 and November 1, visit each justice's district of the county to receive tax payments. He shall give notice of the time and place where he will receive taxes in those districts by written or printed notices, posted at three (3) or more public places therein, for not less than ten (10) days before the day designated for that purpose.
