118A.080 Denial of right to have name placed on ballot -- Restoration. No person who was a candidate for nomination for any office of the Court of Justice in a primary election and who, before the succeeding regular election, is declared by the final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction to have violated, in the primary election, any provision of KRS Chapter 121, or to be responsible for such violation by others, shall have his name placed on the ballot for any office to be voted for in the succeeding regular election. However, if such judgment is subsequently reversed prior to the time of printing of the ballots, the candidate's name shall be restored on the ballot.
