118A.050 District Judges. (1) District Judges shall be elected from judicial districts. (2) In judicial districts having two (2) or more judges there shall be, for election purposes, numbered divisions corresponding to the number of District Judges in the district. Each judge shall be elected at large from the entire district. (3) Each numbered division of a district shall be voted upon and shall be tallied separately.
