2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .030   Judges of the Court of Appeals.

118A.030 Judges of the Court of Appeals. (1) Judges of the Court of Appeals shall be elected from the same districts as are justices of the Supreme Court. (2) In each Court of Appeals district there shall be, for election purposes, numbered divisions corresponding to the number of Court of Appeals Judges in the district. Each judge shall be elected at large from the entire district. (3) Each numbered division of a district shall be voted upon and shall be tallied separately.
