2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .110   Public improvement assessment bills.

65.110 Public improvement assessment bills. Any public improvement assessment bill issued by a city, county or urban-county government shall indicate clearly the amount of the payment which is not being used for reducing principal but rather for the payment of interest.
