61.888 Cessation of powers. When TVA no longer needs the services of a person appointed and commissioned as a TVA peace officer pursuant to this section, notice to that effect, signed by the general manager of TVA or by the person having responsibility for general supervision of the work of such officer, may be filed in the several offices in which the commission of such officer is recorded. The county clerk shall note the fact upon the margin of the record where the commission is recorded, and thereupon the power of the person to act as a TVA peace officer shall cease as to any particular county in which such notice is filed and recorded.
