48.190 Capital construction and space rental recommendations. In addition to the information required by KRS 48.110, the Governor shall include, as a separate part of the branch budget request for the executive branch of government, the recommended program for capital construction and major items of equipment as provided by KRS 45.760 and the recommended program for the rental of any space for which the annual rental cost will exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) as provided by KRS 48.111.
