48.050 Submission of budget unit requests. The head of each budget unit shall submit its budget unit request to the Finance and Administration Cabinet, in the case of the executive branch, to the Chief Justice, in the case of the judicial branch, to the director of the Legislative Research Commission, in the case of the legislative branch; and to the Legislative Research Commission, not later than November 15 of each odd-numbered year.
