15A.042 Office of Criminal Justice Council -- Divisions -- Duties -- Executive director. The Office of the Criminal Justice Council is hereby established and shall be comprised of the Long Range Planning Branch and the Grants Management Branch. The office shall be responsible for the functions and duties vested in the Criminal Justice Council, as described in KRS 15A.040, and for state and federal grants management including, but not limited to, the administration of KRS 15A.060. The office shall be headed by the executive director of the Criminal Justice Council appointed by the secretary of the Justice Cabinet with the approval of the Governor in accordance with KRS 12.050.
