8.030 Governor's Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations -- Membership -- Functions -- Chairman. (1) The Commission shall provide for the establishment of a permanent advisory committee on intergovernmental relations to be called the Governor's Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations. (2) The committee shall function as a permanent standing advisory committee to the Kentucky commission on interstate cooperation and shall have no administrative functions. (3) The Governor's Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations shall be composed of: (a)  The Governor; (b)  The co-chairmen of the Legislative Research Commission; (c)  The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court; (d)  The Attorney General; (e)  The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet; and (f)  Five (5) additional qualified members appointed by the Governor.
