Immunity of qualified persons for disclosure of information.
A qualified person who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, makes a disclosure of information pursuant to K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 39-1446, and amendments thereto, shall be immune from administrative and civil liability that might otherwise arise from such disclosure or for any failure to notify the eligible adult of such disclosure.
