9-25-6-3.5. Multiple Violations; Suspension of Driving Privileges or Registration

Sec. 3.5. If a person violates:

(1) IC 9-25-4;

(2) IC 9-25-5;

(3) section 2 or 3 of this chapter; or

(4) IC 9-25-10 (before its repeal);

more than one (1) time within a three (3) year period, the person's driving privileges shall be suspended for one (1) year.
