32-34-1-9.1. "Interest bearing property"

IC 32-34-1-9.1 "Interest bearing property"
Sec. 9.1. As used in this chapter, "interest bearing property" means one (1) of the following:
(1) An interest bearing checking account.
(2) A savings account.
(3) A certificate of deposit.
(4) A money market account.
