  • (a) This state, including all political subdivisions thereof, shall observe daylight savings time year round as the standard time of the entire state and all of its political subdivisions.
  • (b) This Code section shall become effective only if the United States Congress amends 15 U.S.C. Section 260a to authorize states to observe daylight savings time year round.
