Code Commission notes.Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2014, the enactment of Article 2 of Chapter 1 of Title 50 by Ga. L. 2014, p. 237, § 1/HB 930, was treated as impliedly repealed and superseded by Ga. L. 2014, p. 815, § 1/SB 206, codified at § 28-6-8, due to irreconcilable conflict.
