OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL This chapter provides authority for plan. —Chapter provides authority for the State Personnel Board to develop and implement a suggestion plan for Merit System employees which could include monetary payment to classified employees for suggestions which result in substantial monetary services to the state. 1971 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 71-183.
