OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Lowering minimum age for participation in rescue operations. —There are no legal bars to amending rules and regulations of the Civil Defense Division (now Emergency Management Division) to lower the minimum age for participating in Georgia civil defense (now emergency management) rescue operations from 18 to 16. 1981 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 81-73.
