OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Status of Stone Mountain Memorial Association. —

Stone Mountain Memorial Association cannot properly be construed to be a “state agency” for the purposes of Ga. L. 1951, p. 224 (see O. C. G. A. § 38-3-1 et seq.) and employees are not eligible to participate in State Health Insurance Plan. 1975 Ga. Op. Att’y Gen. 75-6.1.

Delegation of responsibilities. —

Governor and the director of civil defense (now emergency management) may delegate responsibilities with respect to civil defense. 1962 Ga. Op. Att'y Gen. 29.
