OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Workers’ compensation law (see now O.C.G.A. § 34-9-1 et seq.) authorizes use of one municipality’s share of common pool,or group self-insurance fund, to pay the workers’ compensation claims of employees from another municipality. 1980 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 80-145.
