Constitutionality. —

The notice requirement of O. C. G. A. § 34-9-31 of the Workers’ Compensation Truth in Advertising Act violated the First Amendment. Tillman v. Miller, 133 F.3d 1402, 1998 U. S. App. LEXIS 1033 (11th Cir. 1998).
