Editor’s notes.Code Section 34-8-185 provides: “This article shall stand repealed in its entirety on January 1, 2027.”
The former article, relating to administrative assessments, consisted of Code sections 34-8-180 through 34-8-185. The former article was based on Ga. L. 1991, p. 139, § 1; Ga. L. 1992, p. 6, § 34; Ga. L. 1995, p. 373, § 5; Ga. L. 1999, p. 449, §§ 5–7; Ga. L. 1999, p. 521, §§ 5–7; Ga. L. 2005, p. 1200, §§ 6–8/HB 520; Ga. L. 2011, p. 390, §§ 4–6/HB 292; Ga. L. 2016, p. 545, §§ 4–6/HB 904, and was repealed pursuant to Code Section 34-8-185, which provided for the repeal of the previous article on January 1, 2023.
