§ 15-12-5. Service at Next Term When Term Not Held

Universal Citation: GA Code § 15-12-5 (2022)

Whenever a term of court is not held because of the nonattendance of the judge or for some other cause, the jurors summoned for such term of court shall serve at the next succeeding term.
