OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Area agencies may not provide case management services.

- Area agencies on aging, as part of area planning and development commissions, are not authorized to provide case management services pursuant to the Community Care and Services for the Elderly Act, O.C.G.A. § 49-6-60 et seq. 1984 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 84-62.
