- The former chapter consisted of Code Sections28-12-1 through28-12-4, relating to the 2010 Special Council and Committee on Tax Reform and Revenue, was based on Code 1981, §§ 28-12-1 -28-12-4, enacted by Ga. L. 2010, p. 729, § 1/HB 1405, and was repealed by Ga. L. 2010, p. 729, § 1/HB 1405, effective July 1, 2012.
