A former chapter, relating to the 2010 Special Council and Committee on Tax Reform and Revenue, consisted of Code Sections 28-12-1 through 28-12-4. That chapter was based on Ga. L. 2010, p. 729, § 1/HB 1405, and was repealed by Ga. L. 2010, p. 729, § 1/HB 1405, effective July 1, 2012.

Another former chapter, relating to the Special Joint Committee on Georgia Revenue Structure, consisted of Code Sections 28-12-1 through 28-12-3. That chapter was based on Ga. L. 2015, p. 236, § 1-1/HB 170, and was repealed by Ga. L. 2015, p. 236, § 1-1/HB 170, effective July 1, 2016.
