§ 20-3-260. Short Title; Name of Program
Universal Citation: GA Code § 20-3-260 (2021)
This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Higher Education Assistance Corporation Act." The educational loan program provided for in this part may be referred to and cited as the "Georgia Higher Education Loan Program."

OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERALGeorgia Higher Education Assistance Corporation may invest default reserve funds with federal savings and loan associations and with state-chartered building and loan associations which are insured by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. 1969 Op.
