§ 16-12-61. Promulgation of Necessary Rules and Regulations by Secretary of State Authorized

The Secretary of State is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations which he or she deems necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of this part.

The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, substituted "Secretary of State" for "director" and inserted "or she" in this Code section.
