§ 47-7-90. Impact of Sentence of Confinement on Accrual of Creditable Service
Universal Citation: GA Code § 47-7-90 (2020)
A member shall not earn creditable service for any service rendered during the time period in which the member is incarcerated under a sentence of confinement.
