§ 35-1-5. Unauthorized Use of Wavelength of Radio System Adopted by Department or Georgia Bureau of Investigation

Universal Citation: GA Code § 35-1-5 (2020)
  1. It shall be a misdemeanor for any person, firm, or corporation to use the same wavelength of the radio system adopted by the department without the prior written authorization of the commissioner or to do any act interfering with the proper receipt or transmission of information relating to the department or any division thereof.
  2. It shall be a misdemeanor for any person, firm, or corporation to use the same wavelength of the radio system adopted by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation without the prior written authorization of the director or to do any act interfering with the proper receipt or transmission of information relating to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
