Article 2 - Control of Pesticides

Reserved Any person, firm, or corporation who sells cottonseed hulls in bales or packages without having the weight thereof plainly stamped or branded on each bale or package shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Registration required for device sold for controlling bacteria in markets.

- A device being manufactured and sold in this state for the stated purpose of controlling meat-spoilage bacteria and fungi in meat markets and packing houses is subject to registration under this article. 1963-65 Op. Att'y Gen. p. 543.
