OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Registration required for mildew-resistant paint. —

Mildew-resistant paint is subject to the registration and other requirements of this article. 1972 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 72-95.

Registration required for device sold for controlling bacteria in markets. —

A device being manufactured and sold in this state for the stated purpose of controlling meat-spoilage bacteria and fungi in meat markets and packing houses is subject to registration under this article. 1963-65 Ga. Op. Att'y Gen. 543.
