Chapter 561 Beverage Law: Administration
561.051 Reporting requirements of director.
1561.051 Reporting requirements of director.--The director of the division shall promptly report and remit to the Treasurer all taxes and fees collected by him or her hereunder and shall send copies of the reports to the Comptroller.
