§ 42–3502.21a. Certificate of assurance moratorium
*NOTE: This section was created by temporary legislation that will expire on April 9, 2023.*
Notwithstanding the requirements of § 42-3502.21, no owner of a housing accommodation shall request a certificate of assurance for one year beginning on May 5, 2022, and the Mayor shall not issue a certificate of assurance for any request received for one year beginning on May 23, 2022.
