§ 42–3502.21a. Certificate of assurance moratorium

*NOTE: This section was created by temporary legislation that will expire on May 5, 2022.*

Notwithstanding the requirements of § 42-3502.21, no owner of a housing accommodation shall request a certificate of assurance for one year beginning on July 29, 2021, and the Mayor shall not issue a certificate of assurance for any request received for one year beginning on July 29, 2021.
