Sec. 29-208. (Formerly Sec. 19-418h). Complaints. Any person may make a written complaint to the commissioner setting forth any alleged violation of this chapter or of any regulation promulgated under the authority of this chapter, or setting forth any condition in a passenger tramway which is alleged to endanger the safety of the public.(P.A. 73-422, S. 9.)
