Chapter 533 Professional Bondsmen
Sec. 29-152. Penalty.

      Sec. 29-152. Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than two years or both and his right to engage in the business of a professional bondsman in this state shall thereupon be permanently forfeited.
