Sec. 29-143z. (Formerly Sec. 21a-211). Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, for which a penalty is not expressly prescribed, or any of the regulations adopted under the provisions of this chapter, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars.(1949 Rev., S. 3522.)
