Chapter 368i Anatomical Donations
Sec. 19a-289t. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to cooperate with procurement organizations.

      Sec. 19a-289t. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to cooperate with procurement organizations. Subject to the provisions of chapter 368q, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner shall cooperate with procurement organizations to maximize the opportunity to recover anatomical gifts for the purpose of transplantation, therapy, research or education.
