Sec. 19a-289p. Prohibited acts re document of gift. A person that, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift, or a refusal shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.(P.A. 10-123, S. 17.)
