Sec. 19a-423. (Formerly Sec. 19-542). Denial of license. Suspension, revocation or refusal to renew. (a) Upon the denial of an application for an original youth
camp license under this chapter, the commissioner shall notify the applicant in writing
of such denial, by mailing a notice to the applicant at the applicant's address shown on
the application.

Sess. P.A. 01-4 deleted provision re appeal of denial in Subsec. (a) and made technical changes in Subsecs. (a) and (b).
