§ 15-19-309. Penalty

[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person having duties enjoined upon him or her by the provisions of this part 3 who neglects, refuses, or omits to perform the same as required in this part 3 commits a civil infraction.
