§ 15-19-309. Penalty
Universal Citation: CO Code § 15-19-309 (2021)
[ ] Any person having duties enjoined upon him or her by the provisions of this part 3 who neglects, refuses, or omits to perform the same as required in this part 3 commits a civil infraction.
