Article 2.5. Uniform Powers of Appointment Act
Section 15-2.5-401. Disclaimer.

(1) Subject to the "Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act", part 12 of article 11 of this title:

  1. A powerholder may disclaim all or part of a power of appointment; and

  2. A permissible appointee, appointee, or taker in default of appointment may disclaimall or part of an interest in appointive property.
