Article 160. Private Investigators
Section 12-160-108. Surety bond required - rules.

For further explanation regarding the wind-up period, see the editor's note following the article heading.] A licensee shall not engage in private investigation activities unless the licensee posts and maintains, or is covered by, a surety bond in an amount determined by the director by rule.
