Article 160. Private Investigators

(2) Section 12-160-111 provides for the repeal of this article 160 and the licensing functions of the director of the division of professions and occupations regarding private investigators, effective September 1, 2020. However, the provisions of this article as they existed on August 31, 2020, are printed in the statutes for an additional year to accommodate the oneyear period for winding up the affairs of the director in accordance with ยง 24-34-104 (5), (8), and (9).
